Navan has introduced a unique platform for business event management
The new platform combines the organisation of meetings, business events, and travel in one place. After its launch in the USA, the solution is available this week to users in the UK and Europe.
The company Navan has expanded its offering with the launch of the Navan Events platform, intended for the organisation of business meetings and events through a unique digital environment. The new solution connects location selection, hotel query management, participant registration, business travel, and expense tracking in a single application.
One platform for the entire organisation process
The platform enables the management of all event organisation phases, from planning to financial reporting. Organisers can track approvals, plan budgets and analyse travel costs per individual attendee.
The system also includes an AI assistant that helps with finding locations and supports negotiations with suppliers. This speeds up the planning process. A specialised support team is also available to assist users with partner selection. Furthermore, the team helps with contract negotiations and the operational organisation of on-site events.
Focus on less administration and better cost control
With this solution, Navan aims to simplify processes that in many organisations still rely on multiple different tools. Additionally, many organisations use manual procedures. By integrating location, travel and company budget management, businesses gain a better overview of total costs. Furthermore, the enforcement of internal policies is facilitated, and the tracking of business event performance is made simpler.
Further development following BoomPop integration
Launch platform This comes a few months after the integration of BoomPop. Its AI capabilities for event planning earlier this year became part of Navan's offering. This further expanded the company's functionalities for managing meetings and events. These functionalities were previously available to a limited extent.
Navan Events is currently available to users in the United States. This week, rollout began in the UK and European markets. Expansion to other international markets is planned for a later phase.
