After signing the contract with Feuring Asset Management, IHG Hotels & Resorts has officially confirmed the return of its well-known brand to the Austrian market at the end of the third quarter of 2026.

With an underground car park featuring charging stations for electric vehicles, sustainability is integrated into the very foundations of the operational plan. For IHG, this is a strategic move driven by stable and high demand for the Austrian capital. With this reinforcement, the group increases its presence in Vienna to a total of eleven properties, while at the national level, it now counts 20 hotels in various stages of operation and development.
