Nammos Resort Montenegro in Smokva Bay announced for 2029

The new complex on the Budva Riviera will include a hotel, branded residences and villas. Nammos Resort Montenegro in Smokva Bay, announced for 2029, will bring a new level of luxury to this part of the coast. The project is being developed ten minutes from Sveti Stefan.

Companies Nammos Hotels & Resorts and Smokva Bay have signed an agreement On the development of Nammos Resort Montenegro. The opening of the new luxury destination on the Montenegrin coast is planned for 2029.

Hotels, residences and villas

According to Nammos's official announcement, the complex will have a total of 117 accommodation units. Plans include 47 hotel apartments, 61 branded residences, and nine villas. This will connect the classic hotel offering with the branded residential property segment.

The project is conceived as a complete destination, not just a hotel. In addition to accommodation, restaurants, spa and fitness facilities, swimming pools, shops, and spaces intended for private events and families have been announced.

Nammos Village in the centre of the complex

One of the main parts of the project will be Nammos Village, a contemporarily designed space inspired by Mediterranean settlements. It will combine gastronomy, shops, artistic content and wellness.

The offering will be complemented by the Nammos beachfront restaurant, the Nalu all-day dining restaurant, Ilios Lounge, and a rooftop pool bar. Walking and cycling paths are also planned in the complex's hinterland.

Nammos has its presence in Montenegro already announced with a seasonal pop-up restaurant at Sveti Stefan, open during the 2026 season.
