Following an investment worth €3.4 million, this hotel has opened under the name Aminess Younique Korčula Heritage Hotel. It is a facility with over a century of hotel tradition. It now enters the portfolio of Aminess's highest category hotels.
A new concept in a historic building
Located directly next to the old town centre and the promenade, the hotel has been in operation since 1912. Over the decades, it has been one of the most recognisable landmarks on the island. The renovation has preserved key historical elements of the building. At the same time, the interior has been adapted to modern standards of luxury boutique accommodation.
The architectural concept is signed by the Atellior studio, which focused the project on preserving the building's identity while introducing modern facilities and design.
Boutique offer with a focus on gastronomy
The hotel has 11 premium rooms, an elegant lobby bar, and a renovated terrace. This terrace remains one of the recognisable meeting spots in Korčula.
A special part of the offer is the 7 Seas restaurant, run by chef Matija Bogdan. The menu is based on local ingredients and Mediterranean gastronomy, with a carefully selected wine list.
