Amex GBT and Concur Travel: More hotels, better deals for business travel
American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) integrated his hotel marketplace into Concur Travel via the platform Hotel Connectora.
Users are now offered a greater choice and better conditions. In addition to existing agreed hotel programmes, it is possible to add further content – via 2 million accommodation properties in 180 countries. Amex GBT's partner hotel rates are also on offer, as are options from platforms such as Expeditions and Booking.com.
Passengers have access to smart search features based on artificial intelligence, offering personalised recommendations, and the entire booking process is faster and more efficient.
This technological and content collaboration allows SAP Concur and Amex GBT users access to a wider range of hotels, simpler selection, and better prices – all within a unified platform.
