An education for air transport agents (Air Module Basic) is being held in Zagreb.
In February 2026 in Zagreb in Travel Management Academy professional training will be held Air Module Basic (Amadeus Basic), intended for everyone who wants to acquire basic, but immediately applicable knowledge of air transport and working in travel agencies.
This is a practically oriented programme that introduces participants to the daily work of an airline agent, with a special focus on the use of Amadeus reservation system Understanding Business Processes in the Aviation Industry.
What does the training cover?
During the training, attendees will become familiar with:
- searching for flights and making airline reservations
- and issuing airline tickets in Amadeus
- the basics of global distribution systems (GDS) operation
- practical examples from the work of travel agencies and airlines
The programme is delivered by lecturers with over 20 years of experience In the aviation and tourism industries, and upon completion of their training, participants receive Certificate of completion for the Air Basic Module, issued by IATA-certified travel agency Ulix.
