This investment not only changes the skyline of the Budva promenade but also brings significant changes to the region's congress and premium tourism segments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-fokus-na-bleisure-i-produljenje-sezone\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Focus on \u2018bleisure\u2019 and extending the season<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Accommodation directly on the Budva promenade and close to the Old Town is strategically positioned to attract a modern clientele seeking more than a classic holiday. The entry of the Crowne Plaza brand into Budva is a clear indicator that the destination is maturing and that active work is being done to attract high-spending guests outside the peak summer season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The General Manager of the hotel, Mi\u0107a Ivanovi\u0107, emphasised how this project combines global standards with local character. For the regional market, this means introducing new service standards, as well as strengthening infrastructure for business events, which is key to solving the perennial problem of seasonality in Montenegrin tourism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-infrastruktura-prilagodena-poslovnim-i-privatnim-gostima\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Infrastructure tailored for business and private guests<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The hotel has renovated accommodation facilities, as well as meeting and conference spaces that benefit from natural light and sea views.
