The concept was clear \u2013 pre-arranged meetings between supply and demand, without unnecessary protocol and with a focus on concrete business opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seevent.rs\/\">On Friday, 27 March, representatives of hotels and event venues from the region sat at the same tables as companies and associations that actively organise events.<\/a>. It was precisely this combination of participants that enabled discussions to quickly move from introductions to concrete queries and potential collaborations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Focus on the quality of meetings, not the quantity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What sets SEEvent apart from classic trade fairs is its format, which relies on pre-arranged meetings. This saves participants time, and conversations are usually more concrete and focused on real needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to participants' impressions, the quality of contacts and the efficiency of meetings were among the main reasons for satisfaction. Informal discussions between meetings, the exchange of experiences, and the creation of new contacts further strengthened the value of the encounter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This balance between structured B2B meetings and relaxed networking is often key to developing long-term business relationships \u2013 which is particularly important in the events industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>SEEvent as a platform with growth potential<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This year's edition has shown that the market recognises the need for this type of event format.
