It is a coordinated social media action aimed at informing the public, strengthening the visibility of licensed agencies, and encouraging institutions to take stronger action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-siva-zona-raste-sigurnost-putnika-pada\"><strong>The grey zone is growing \u2013 passenger safety is falling<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An increasing number of individuals and unregistered entities are today offering accommodation, transport, and travel organisation via social media without any permits, licences, or legal responsibility. This practice not only brings unfair competition to agencies working transparently, but it directly endangers travellers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There is no travel insurance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>there is no insurance or supervision<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No liability in case of problems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There are no standards or business checks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">YUTA emphasises that the moment is crucial: the sector must act together to protect the profession and passengers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ciljevi-kampanje\"><strong>Campaign objectives<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the coming weeks and months, the campaign's focus will be on three key areas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Public education<\/strong> The risks of using unlicensed services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Promotion of licensed, registered agencies<\/strong> which ensure safety and legal protection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Increasing pressure on institutions<\/strong>, especially to the tourist inspection and the Tax Administration, so that they can react more effectively<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kako-agencije-mogu-sudjelovati\"><strong>How can agencies participate?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">YUTA invites all members and other licensed agencies to get involved and collectively send a clear message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-istaknite-sluzbene-podatke-u-opisima-profila\"><strong>Highlight official data in profile descriptions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Add to the descriptions of social media <strong>Personal identification number<\/strong> i <strong>GDP<\/strong>. This is a clear signal to passengers that you operate legally and transparently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-zapratite-yuta-profile\"><strong>2. Follow YUTA profiles<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The campaign will be conducted through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Facebook:<\/strong> facebook.com\/yuta.rs.official<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Instagram:<\/strong> instagram.com\/yuta.rs.official<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>LinkedIn<\/strong> YUTA \u2013 National Association of Travel Agencies of Serbia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On these channels, YUTA will post shareable materials, infographics, and messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-dijelite-i-podrzite-objave\"><strong>3. Share and support posts<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every share helps the message reach a wider audience \u2013 travellers, media and institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-saljite-primjere-nelegalnog-oglasavanja\"><strong>4.
