New tools for pricing and booking management should make things easier. <a href=\"https:\/\/tragento.com\/en\/eu-sets-new-rules-for-restricting-short-term-rentals\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"12527\">business for renters.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Airbnb wants to change the way travelers discover destinations and choose accommodations. With the autumn update, presented on September 30, the platform introduces social functionalities that connect users, but also tools that should simplify the entire booking process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The attempt to connect personal recommendations, artificial intelligence, and additional services within a single platform is particularly interesting for the tourism industry. Airbnb thus aims to retain users from the initial planning of their trip to the actual stay in the destination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-travel-map-pretvara-preporuke-prijatelja-u-novi-prodajni-kanal\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Travel Map turns friends' recommendations into a new sales channel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The new Connect and Travel Map features allow users to connect with friends, family members, and other acquaintances, and to view the destinations they have visited.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The interactive map displays previous and planned trips, reviews of accommodations, and experiences of other users. Travelers can save interesting places on their wish list or directly contact the people whose recommendations they are interested in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users thereby determine themselves which information about their travels they will share.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Airbnb is also introducing Neighbourhood Pages, which provide information about restaurants, attractions, local experiences, and transportation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For landlords, this opens up an additional opportunity for promotion. A guest's positive experience could increase the property's visibility among their contacts, even without traditional advertising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-umjetna-inteligencija-pojednostavljuje-odabir-smjestaja\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Artificial intelligence simplifies the selection of accommodation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The second part of the update concerns AI search, which is being introduced in the initial phase on the American market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users can describe their desired accommodation in natural language or voice, while smart filters recognize their needs. AI also highlights the characteristics of individual properties and allows for comparison of multiple accommodation units with automatically generated summaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Support for users through artificial intelligence is already available in more than 50 languages, and Airbnb is also expanding its voice support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-novi-alati-za-cijene-i-upravljanje-rezervacijama\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">New tools for pricing and managing reservations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For professional renters, among the more interesting new features is dynamic pricing, which automatically adjusts daily prices to market demand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Airbnb is also introducing a unified calendar to manage a larger number of properties, while interactive 3D maps will allow guests to have a better overview of the layout of the rooms before booking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The published news are introduced gradually. Dynamic pricing begins to be introduced during October, and the new calendar becomes standard for hosts with six or more listings in the following months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-airbnb-siri-ponudu-izvan-samog-smjestaja\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Airbnb expands its offering beyond just accommodation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The platform further develops services that guests can book during their trip. These include food and grocery delivery in selected European cities, laundry services in parts of the US, and rental of children's equipment and ski equipment in certain destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For travel agencies, local service providers and landlords in the Adriatic region, these changes represent an interesting direction of development in distribution.
