The programme is primarily intended for relocation companies, TMCs and corporate travel buyers, and Radisson defines it as a solution for stays of <strong>14 or more nights<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-standardizirani-uvjeti-umjesto-pojedinacnih-pregovora\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Standardised terms instead of individual negotiations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For business partners, the biggest change is the commercial model. Radisson is introducing special long-stay rates that change depending on the length of stay, standardised booking conditions and a harmonised structure. <a href=\"https:\/\/tragento.com\/en\/category\/hotel-resorts\/\" data-type=\"category\" data-id=\"125\">hotel commission<\/a> included in the programme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This reduces the need for separate negotiations with each property, which can be particularly useful for employee relocations, project assignments, consultancy work and other trips where accommodation is booked for several weeks or longer. The programme also includes an additional 20% Radisson Rewards points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-gds-ostaje-dio-prodajnog-procesa\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">GDS remains part of the sales process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Radisson did not create a separate distribution channel for the new offer. Long Stays has been integrated into existing corporate agreements and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/tragento.com\/en\/category\/traveltech\/\" data-type=\"category\" data-id=\"82\">GDS systems<\/a><\/strong>, and TMCs and agents can process bookings through the workflows they already use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That very part could prove more important than the hotel product itself. Extended stay has long attracted corporate demand, but a fragmented supply and varying commercial terms make it difficult to scale programmes across multiple markets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-hotelski-lanci-zele-veci-dio-extended-stay-trzista\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hotel chains want a bigger slice of the extended-stay market<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Radisson lists Dubai, Riyadh, Zurich and Amsterdam among markets with strong demand. A broader European trend is working in its favour. In its 2026 report, Savills describes the European serviced apartments sector as still fragmented and under-represented in total supply, while demand is growing among corporate guests, the relocation segment and longer-stay travellers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For hoteliers, longer stays bring an interesting combination of more stable occupancy and lower distribution costs per night.
