Aminess aims for the year-round luxury segment with its new concept in Volosko.

One of the fastest growing domestic hotel group, Aminess Hotels & Resorts has expanded its portfolio on Kvarner. With a new concept in Volosko, Aminess is targeting the year-round luxury segment, further confirmed by the opening of a five-star facility in Volosko near Opatija.

Pushing the boundaries of classic hotel accommodation

New Aminess Younique Vollo Hotel Residences It introduces the so-called branded residences model, offering guests the privacy of their own home with the full service of a premium hotel. The property has 58 luxury units. Among them, spacious penthouses and rooftop apartments with large green terraces and open views of the Kvarner Bay stand out in terms of size and luxury.

The strategy behind this project is clearly aimed at attracting high-spending guests who are looking for personalised service. This further strengthens Aminess's position in the premium segment.

Focus on health and authentic gastronomy

In addition to outdoor pools, a lounge area, and a wellness centre, the offering is enhanced by the multidisciplinary Harbour Health Club. This centre is focused on physical therapy, rehabilitation, and personalized body recovery. The establishment's gastronomic segment relies on the proven Aminess gourmet concept. This time, it's through the Italian trattoria Il Cantuccio.

With this move, the group is not only strengthening its own brand, but is also directly participating in the repositioning of the entire destination towards more sustainable, year-round operations.
