Nach 28 neuen Hotels, die die Gruppe im Laufe des Jahres 2026 in ihr Portfolio aufnehmen will, plant sie bereits f\u00fcr 2027 rund 20 weitere Akquisitionen. Das Unternehmen hat bislang noch keinen konkreten slowenischen Hotelbetreiber oder ein beschlossenes Projekt angek\u00fcndigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-rast-kroz-preuzimanja-i-rebranding\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Wachstum durch \u00dcbernahmen und Umbranding<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Von den 28 Hotels, die Leonardo Hotels im Laufe des Jahres 2026 hinzuf\u00fcgen will, stammen etwa 20 aus dem ehemaligen Portfolio von Revo Hospitality. Gleichzeitig leitet die Gruppe etwa 30 zuvor gestartete Konversions- und Renovierungsprojekte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine solche Strategie kann den Eintritt in neue M\u00e4rkte beschleunigen. Anstatt eine komplett neue Hotelanlage \u00fcber mehrere Jahre hinweg zu entwickeln, kann das bestehende Objekt den Betreiber wechseln, eine Sanierung durchf\u00fchren und relativ schnell in die Leonardo Hotel-Distribution eintreten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Expansion soll durch die Investitionsplattform Partnership IV unterst\u00fctzt werden, deren Gesamtwert zwischen 800 Millionen und einer Milliarde Euro gesch\u00e4tzt wird.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-sto-bi-ulazak-u-sloveniju-znacio-agencijama\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was w\u00fcrde der Eintritt in Slowenien f\u00fcr die Agenturen bedeuten?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr Reiseb\u00fcros und TMCs bedeutet der Eintritt eines neuen internationalen Hotelaktors eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Auswahl an markenbezogener Unterkunft, insbesondere f\u00fcr Gesch\u00e4fts-, Gruppenausfl\u00fcge und MICE-Reisen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aber man muss auch die andere Seite des Prozesses im Auge behalten. Wenn Leonardo durch die \u00dcbernahme bestehender Hotels w\u00e4chst, k\u00f6nnten einzelne Objekte relativ schnell ihren Namen, ihren Betreiber, ihre Vertriebskan\u00e4le und ihre kommerziellen Bedingungen \u00e4ndern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Slovenien steht derzeit im Mittelpunkt, und es handelt sich nicht um eine best\u00e4tigte neue Destination von Leonardo Hotels.
