April 2027. Die Entscheidung wurde am 3. Oktober vom Minister f\u00fcr Tourismus und Zivilluftfahrt Mohamed Ameen bekannt gegeben, nachdem zahlreiche Einw\u00e4nde internationaler Reiseverb\u00e4nde eingegangen waren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die neuen Regeln sollten am 1. Oktober 2026 in Kraft treten und zielen darauf ab, den bestehenden Steuersatz von 17 Prozent % auf bestimmte touristische Produkte und Vermittlungsdienstleistungen auszuweiten, die von ausl\u00e4ndischen Unternehmen ohne st\u00e4ndigen Gesch\u00e4ftszweig in den Malediven verkauft werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-zasto-je-novi-porez-izazvao-protivljenje-agencija\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warum hat der neue Steuersatz Widerspr\u00fcche bei den Agenturen ausgel\u00f6st?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nach den \u00c4nderungen des Steuergesetzes umfasst die Registrierungsanforderung bei der maledivischen Steuerbeh\u00f6rde MIRA ausl\u00e4ndische Anbieter von touristischen Dienstleistungen und Vermittler, die Unterkunft, Transport, Verpflegung und andere touristische Aktivit\u00e4ten in den Malediven verkaufen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es ist wichtig, den bestehenden TGST von den neuen Regeln zu unterscheiden. Die 17-prozentige Steuer wird % bereits im maledivischen Tourismus angewendet, w\u00e4hrend die \u00c4nderungen den steuerlichen Rahmen f\u00fcr die Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeit ausl\u00e4ndischer Unternehmen erweitern. Das bedeutet nicht automatisch zus\u00e4tzliche 17 Prozent % auf den Preis jedes Reiseangebots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Internationale Verb\u00e4nde warnen, dass das neue System die Verwaltungskosten erh\u00f6hen, die Margen der Agenturen verringern und die Wettbewerbsf\u00e4higkeit beeintr\u00e4chtigen k\u00f6nnte. <a href=\"https:\/\/tragento.com\/de\/kategorie\/reiseziele\/\" data-type=\"category\" data-id=\"191\">Maldives<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das britische Verband ABTA, unterst\u00fctzt von anderen internationalen Organisationen, hat weitere Konsultationen und Erl\u00e4uterungen zu den Verpflichtungen der Agenturen verlangt, die als Vermittler bei der Vermarktung von Arrangements t\u00e4tig sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-odgoda-je-najavljena-ali-pravna-neizvjesnost-ostaje\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eine Verschiebung ist angek\u00fcndigt, aber die rechtliche Unsicherheit bleibt bestehen.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obwohl der Minister angek\u00fcndigt hatte, die Anwendung zu 1. April 2027 einzuleiten, beantragte die ABTA eine formelle Best\u00e4tigung f\u00fcr die Verschiebung, da die Gesetzes\u00e4nderungen bereits am 1. Oktober in Kraft getreten waren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Differenz zwischen der politischen Ank\u00fcndigung und der offiziellen rechtlichen Umsetzung schafft Unsicherheit f\u00fcr Unternehmen, die bereits Arrangements f\u00fcr das n\u00e4chste Jahr verkaufen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr Reiseb\u00fcros in Kroatien und der Region, die Malediven vermarkten, ist es besonders wichtig, zu kl\u00e4ren, ob die Registrierungsverpflichtung auf alle Vertriebsmodelle oder vor allem auf Reiseveranstalter und Unternehmen Anwendung findet, die direkt Reiseleistungen buchen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Agenturen sollten daher ihre Vertragsbeziehungen zu ihren Lieferanten \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen und die offiziellen Anweisungen des MIRA einhalten, bevor sie eventuell Preise oder Gesch\u00e4ftsprozesse anpassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Verschiebung erfolgt im Vorfeld der Werbekampagne Visit Maldives 2027, bei der die Destination ihre Position auf dem internationalen Tourismusmarkt weiter st\u00e4rken will.
