Die deutsche Gruppe bot 16% mehr als ihr Konkurrent Air France-KLM an, und die \u00dcbernahme k\u00f6nnte ihren Status auf dem transatlantischen Markt zus\u00e4tzlich st\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Deutschland <a href=\"https:\/\/tragento.com\/de\/portugal-will-die-privatisierung-von-tap-bis-ende-2026-abschliesen-lufthansa-und-air-france-klm-treten-in-die-abschliesenden-verhandlungen-ein\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"12484\">Lufthansa-Gruppe <\/a>Der Gewinner des Wettbewerbs um die teilweisen Privatisierung der portugiesischen Fluggesellschaft TAP Air Portugal ist. Die Entscheidung wurde am 14. Oktober 2026 von der portugiesischen Regierung best\u00e4tigt, womit die erste Phase des Verkaufsprozesses des staatlichen Luftfahrtunternehmens abgeschlossen ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laut der ausgew\u00e4hlten Angebotsvariante wird Lufthansa 44,9 Prozent der Anteile erwerben, wobei eine Erh\u00f6hung auf 49,9 Prozent m\u00f6glich ist, sofern die Mitarbeiter von TAP das Kaufrecht f\u00fcr die reservierten Aktien nicht ausnutzen. Der Gesamtbetrag der Transaktion bel\u00e4uft sich in diesem Fall auf 1,201 Milliarden Euro, w\u00e4hrend der portugiesische Staat einen Kontrollanteil von 50,1 Prozent beh\u00e4lt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-lufthansa-ponudila-vise-i-uvjerila-portugalsku-vladu\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lufthansa hat mehr angeboten und die portugiesische Regierung \u00fcberzeugt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Finale des Wettbewerbs blieben zwei europ\u00e4ische Luftfahrtgiganten \u00fcbrig: die Lufthansa Group und die Air France-KLM. Der portugiesische Premierminister Lu\u00eds Montenegro best\u00e4tigte, dass das Finanzangebot der Lufthansa 16 Prozent h\u00f6her war und weniger Unsicherheiten bei der Umsetzung beinhaltete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Neben dem Preis spielten auch der TAP-Entwicklungsplan, Investitionen in die Flotte und die Erhaltung des portugiesischen Identit\u00e4tsgef\u00fchls des Unternehmens eine wichtige Rolle. Lufthansa pr\u00e4sentierte au\u00dferdem Pl\u00e4ne zur Erh\u00f6hung der internationalen Verbindungen Portugals und zur weiteren Ausweitung der Flugbetriebsabl\u00e4ufe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-tap-donosi-snaznu-mrezu-prema-brazilu-i-latinskoj-americi\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">TAP baut ein starkes Netzwerk nach Brasilien und in Lateinamerika auf<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr Lufthansa ist der gr\u00f6\u00dfte strategische Wert von TAP seine entwickelte Flugsverbindungskette zwischen Europa, Brasilien und anderen Zielen in Lateinamerika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So k\u00f6nnte Lissabon eine noch st\u00e4rkere Rolle innerhalb der Lufthansa-Gruppe erhalten, neben den bestehenden Drehkreuzen in Frankfurt, M\u00fcnchen, Z\u00fcrich, Wien, Br\u00fcssel und Rom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">TAP ist bereits Mitglied des Star Alliance-Verbandes, was die zuk\u00fcnftige Zusammenarbeit in der Vertriebs-, Verbindungslinien- und Treueprogrammierung erleichtert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-preuzimanje-jos-ceka-regulatorno-odobrenje\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die \u00dcbernahme wartet weiterhin auf regulatorische Genehmigung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Obwohl Lufthansa den Wettbewerb gewonnen hat, ist die Transaktion noch nicht abgeschlossen. Es sind regulatorische Genehmigungen erforderlich, einschlie\u00dflich des Verfahrens vor den europ\u00e4ischen Wettbewerbsbeh\u00f6rden. Die Fertigstellung des Prozesses wird voraussichtlich im Jahr 2028 erfolgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr die europ\u00e4ische Luftfahrtbranche ist dies ein weiterer Schritt zur Konsolidierung des Marktes.
