Das Problem entsteht jedoch, wenn das angek\u00fcndigte Er\u00f6ffnungstermin n\u00e4her r\u00fcckt und das Hotel noch keine best\u00e4tigte Verf\u00fcgbarkeit hat. Hilton Prishtina, The Cloud One Salzburg und das neue The Benedict in Prag zeigen gut, wie sehr sich die Situationen unterscheiden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auf Papier kann das Hotel fertiggestellt und mit einer Webseite, Fotos und Kontaktdaten ausgestattet sein, und doch noch keine G\u00e4ste empfangen. F\u00fcr Reiseb\u00fcros ist der Unterschied zwischen \u201ccoming soon\u201d, Soft-Opening und tats\u00e4chlich verf\u00fcgbarem Kapazit\u00e4ten nicht nur ein technischer Detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-hilton-prishtina-jos-uvijek-ima-oznaku-coming-soon\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hilton Prishtina hat immer noch die Kennzeichnung \u201cComing Soon\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Hilton Prishtina sollte eines der wichtigsten neuen internationalen Hotelprodukte auf dem kosovanischen Markt sein. Die angek\u00fcndigte Er\u00f6ffnungsmethode muss nicht zwangsl\u00e4ufig bedeuten, dass alle Zimmer, Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen bereits f\u00fcr die G\u00e4ste verf\u00fcgbar sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das ist besonders empfindlich bei Gruppen, <a href=\"https:\/\/tragento.com\/de\/kategorie\/mice-unternehmen\/\" data-type=\"category\" data-id=\"101\">MICE-Programm <\/a>und auch bei komplexen Pauschalarrangements, bei denen eine \u00c4nderung des Hotels einige Wochen vor der Anreise zu einem ernsthaften operativen Problem f\u00fchren kann.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-u-salzburgu-je-promjena-brenda-provedena-preko-noci\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">In Salzburg wurde die Marken\u00e4nderung \u00fcber Nacht durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ein anderer Fall kommt aus <a href=\"https:\/\/tragento.com\/de\/kategorie\/reiseziele\/\" data-type=\"category\" data-id=\"191\">Salzburg<\/a>. Am 1. September \u00fcbernahm die . Motel One Group das Hotel HYPERION Salzburg in der Palais Faber. Das Objekt ging sofort in Betrieb. <strong>Die Cloud One Salzburg<\/strong>, w\u00e4hrend das Eigentum und die Verwaltung der Immobilie unver\u00e4ndert geblieben sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Hotel ist heute in den Buchungskan\u00e4len aktiv und seine offizielle Website zeigt bereits Rezensionen von G\u00e4sten aus September an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr Agenturen bedeutet ein solcher Umbau ein weiteres Problem: Es muss \u00fcberpr\u00fcft werden, ob der Hotelnamen, die Fotos, die Produktbeschreibungen und die Daten in den internen Systemen aktualisiert wurden. Der alte Name kann noch einige Zeit in verschiedenen Vertriebskan\u00e4len pr\u00e4sent bleiben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-prag-pokazuje-kako-izgleda-stvarno-otvoren-novi-hotel\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prag zeigt, wie ein wirklich offener neuer Hotelkomplex aussieht<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Benedict Boutique Hotel Old Town Prague ist ebenfalls ein neues Produkt auf dem Markt. Allerdings hat seine offizielle Website, im Gegensatz zu Hotels, die noch in der Phase des \u201ccoming soon\u201d-Status sind, bereits aktive Buchungen, w\u00e4hrend die Reservierungskan\u00e4le bereits im September einen vollen Reservierungsbestand und G\u00e4steaufenthalte anzeigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Verf\u00fcgbarkeit sollte genau genommen der wichtigste Kriterium f\u00fcr die Agentur sein.
