Allerdings sollten Reiseb\u00fcros zun\u00e4chst keine konkreten Daten zur Einf\u00fchrung des Systems mitteilen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die EU hat ETIAS noch nicht f\u00fcr Antr\u00e4ge freigeschaltet. <a href=\"https:\/\/travel-europe.europa.eu\/hr\/etias\/\">ETIAS<\/a> F\u00fcr Anmeldungen. Der aktuelle offizielle Portalangaben zufolge ist das System nicht betriebsbereit und das genaue Startdatum wird einige Monate im Voraus bekannt gegeben. Ein fr\u00fcherer europ\u00e4ischer Plan sah einen Start im letzten Quartal 2026 vor, aber nach dem Treffen des Verwaltungsrats am 23. und 24. September spricht eu-LISA nur von weiteren Planungen zur Implementierung und den n\u00e4chsten Phasen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-etias-ce-zahvatiti-vazna-emitivna-trzista\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">ETIAS betrifft wichtige Quellm\u00e4rkte.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ETIAS wird f\u00fcr die B\u00fcrger der L\u00e4nder erforderlich sein, die ein Visumfreiheit f\u00fcr Kurzaufenthalte in 30 europ\u00e4ischen Staaten haben, darunter auch Kroatien, Slowenien und \u00d6sterreich. Dazu geh\u00f6ren gro\u00dfe M\u00e4rkte wie die USA, das Vereinigte K\u00f6nigreich, Kanada und Australien, aber auch Albanien, Bosnien und Herzegowina, Montenegro, Kosovo, Nordmazedonien und Serbien. F\u00fcr einen Teil der L\u00e4nder des westlichen Balkans ist F\u00fcr Staatsangeh\u00f6rige einiger Westbalkanl\u00e4nder gilt die Visumfreiheit nur mit einem biometrischen Reisepass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Genehmigung wird an der Reisepassnummer gekoppelt sein und gilt bis zu drei Jahre oder bis zum Ablauf der Reisepassg\u00fcltigkeit. Die Geb\u00fchr betr\u00e4gt 20 Euro, w\u00e4hrend Personen unter 18 Jahren und \u00e4lter als 70 Jahre von der Zahlung befreit sind. Die meisten Antr\u00e4ge sollen in wenigen Minuten bearbeitet werden k\u00f6nnen, jedoch k\u00f6nnen einzelne Verfahren wesentlich l\u00e4nger dauern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-agencije-mogu-postati-dio-procesa-prijave\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Agenturen k\u00f6nnen Teil des Anmeldeprozesses werden<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr Reiseb\u00fcros ist ETIAS nicht nur eine weitere Information, die der Reisenden \u00fcbermittelt werden muss. Die Agentur kann einen Antrag im Namen des Kunden als kommerzielle Vermittlerin einreichen, vorbehaltlich einer entsprechenden Vertretungsvereinbarung. Dies er\u00f6ffnet M\u00f6glichkeiten f\u00fcr eine neue Dienstleistung, bringt jedoch auch die Verantwortung f\u00fcr die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten, Passdaten und Zahlungen mit sich.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auf der anderen Seite ist die \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der G\u00fcltigkeit von ETIAS vor der Bef\u00f6rderung vor allem eine Verpflichtung des Transportunternehmens. Die Reiseagentur muss das \u00dcberpr\u00fcfungssystem des Transportunternehmens nur dann nutzen, wenn sie selbst als registrierter Transportunternehmer t\u00e4tig ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-sto-bi-agencije-trebale-napraviti-vec-sada\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Was sollten die Agenturen bereits jetzt tun?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr Inbound-Agenturen und DMC-Unternehmen in Kroatien, Slowenien und anderen europ\u00e4ischen Destinationen wird die rechtzeitige Kommunikation von gr\u00f6\u00dfter Bedeutung sein. Informationen \u00fcber ETIAS sollten in Buchungsbest\u00e4tigungen, Vorflugunterlagen und Anweisungen f\u00fcr G\u00e4ste aus den betroffenen M\u00e4rkten aufgenommen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Es ist ebenso wichtig, ETIAS klar von Visum zu unterscheiden und Reiseb\u00fcros sollten Kunden keine Antragstellung anbieten, bevor die EU das System offiziell freischaltet.
