Auf Booking Holdings und die Expedia Group entfallen zusammen 85,41 % der OTA-Buchungen, obwohl mehr als die H\u00e4lfte der Gesamtzahl <a href=\"https:\/\/tragento.com\/de\/kategorie\/gastfreundschaft\/\" data-type=\"category\" data-id=\"521\">Hotelreservierungen<\/a> und wird nach wie vor direkt an Hotels geliefert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mehr als die H\u00e4lfte aller Hotelbuchungen in Europa im Jahr 2025 erfolgte direkt, doch wenn sich ein Gast f\u00fcr einen OTA-Kanal entscheidet, konzentriert sich die Wahl in der Praxis stark auf zwei globale Konzerne. Dies ist eines der wichtigsten Ergebnisse der \u201eEuropean Hotel Distribution Study 2026\u201c, die von HOTREC und HES-SO Valais-Wallis anhand einer Stichprobe von 2.713 Hotels aus 28 L\u00e4ndern durchgef\u00fchrt wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-booking-holdings-uvjerljivo-ispred-konkurencije\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Booking Holdings liegt weit vor der Konkurrenz<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Booking Holdings h\u00e4lt einen Anteil von 68,81 % an den europ\u00e4ischen OTA-Buchungen, wobei allein auf Booking.com 66,11 % entfallen. Die Expedia Group folgt mit 16,61 %. Zusammen kontrollieren sie 85,41 % des OTA-Volumens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unterdessen hat Expedia seine Position in den letzten Jahren ausgebaut: Sein Marktanteil ist von 12,51 % im Jahr 2021 auf 16,61 % im Jahr 2025 gestiegen. Das Unternehmen ist insbesondere bei gr\u00f6\u00dferen Hotels, Hotelketten sowie st\u00e4dtischen und gesch\u00e4ftsorientierten Unterk\u00fcnften stark vertreten. Booking.com ist nach wie vor st\u00e4rker bei kleineren, unabh\u00e4ngigen Hotels und im Freizeitsegment vertreten. Bei den zehn Hotelketten, f\u00fcr die zus\u00e4tzliche Daten vorliegen, entfallen zusammen fast 94 % der OTA-Buchungen auf Booking Holdings und Expedia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-direktna-prodaja-i-dalje-je-najveci-kanal\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Der Direktvertrieb ist nach wie vor der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Vertriebskanal.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Trotz der St\u00e4rke der Plattformen wurden im Jahr 2025 51,31 % der Buchungen direkt \u00fcber Hotelwebsites, per E-Mail, Telefon oder andere direkte Kan\u00e4le get\u00e4tigt. Auf OTA-Buchungen entfielen 29,91 %, w\u00e4hrend alle Online-Vermittler zusammen, einschlie\u00dflich GDS und sozialer Medien, einen Anteil von 32,31 % erreichten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der langfristige Trend spricht jedoch f\u00fcr die Online-Vermittlung. Der Anteil der OTA-Kan\u00e4le stieg von 19,71 % im Jahr 2013 auf fast 30 % im Jahr 2025, w\u00e4hrend der Anteil der Direktbuchungen im gleichen Zeitraum von 57,61 % auf 51,31 % sank.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-hoteli-prijavljuju-probleme-s-kontrolom-cijena\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hotels melden Probleme mit Preisregulierungen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr Hoteliers ist das Problem nicht nur die Provision. Ganze 51% der befragten Hotels geben an, dass OTA-Plattformen oft oder gelegentlich einen Preis anbieten, der unter dem liegt, den das Hotel selbst bewirbt. In einer fr\u00fcheren Umfrage f\u00fcr das Jahr 2023 lag dieser Anteil bei 43%. Von den Hotels, die eine Folgefrage beantwortet haben, geben 80 % an, dass eine solche Preissenkung nicht vereinbart worden sei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dar\u00fcber hinaus geben 44%-Hotels an, dass sie Multi-Sourcing betreiben, d.\u202fh. die Weitergabe von Preisen und Verf\u00fcgbarkeiten \u00fcber andere Plattformen oder Vermittler. Dies kann unter anderem zu unterschiedlichen Preisen f\u00fcr dasselbe Produkt, Abrechnungsproblemen und einer schlechteren Bestandsverwaltung f\u00fchren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Direktvertrieb hat also nach wie vor einen ausreichend gro\u00dfen Anteil, um Investitionen in eine eigene Buchungsplattform, ein CRM-System und eine Metasuchmaschine zu rechtfertigen, doch OTA-Plattformen bleiben f\u00fcr die internationale Reichweite unverzichtbar. Die gr\u00f6\u00dfere Herausforderung besteht daher weniger darin, den OTA-Vertrieb vollst\u00e4ndig abzuschaffen, sondern vielmehr darin, die Kontrolle \u00fcber Preisgestaltung, G\u00e4stedaten und Vertrieb zu behalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nova HOTREC-ova studija pokazuje koliko je hotelska distribucija u Europi koncentrirana unutar OTA kanala.
