Es handelt sich um eine Umstellung auf ein flexibleres Servicemodell, das von Full-Service-Fluggesellschaften in Europa zunehmend \u00fcbernommen wird \u2013 der Kern des Flugerlebnisses ist weiterhin im Ticket enthalten, w\u00e4hrend zus\u00e4tzliche Optionen individuell angepasst und kostenpflichtig angeboten werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-obrok-se-moze-naruciti-prije-polijetanja\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eine Mahlzeit kann vor dem Start bestellt werden.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Passagiere k\u00f6nnen vor dem Flug eine reichhaltigere Mahlzeit bestellen, zum Beispiel eine Poke Bowl oder einen Caesar-Salat. Wer sich lieber erst w\u00e4hrend des Fluges entscheiden m\u00f6chte, kann aus der Speisekarte Gerichte wie einen Wrap mit Lachs und Ei oder Joghurt mit Obst und Samen w\u00e4hlen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gleichzeitig verzichtet KLM nicht auf den kostenlosen Service. Kaffee, Tee, Wasser, Orangensaft und die niederl\u00e4ndische Stroopwafel werden weiterhin ohne Aufpreis angeboten. Damit bewahrt die Fluggesellschaft die Unterscheidung zwischen dem klassischen Low-Cost-Modell und dem Produkt, das man von einer Vollnetz-Fluggesellschaft erwartet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-catering-postaje-dio-personalizacije-putovanja\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Das Catering wird zunehmend zu einem Bestandteil der individuellen Gestaltung von Reisen.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aus Sicht der Branche ist das Modell der Vorbestellung vor Reiseantritt besonders interessant. Die Vorbestellung bietet den Passagieren nicht nur eine gr\u00f6\u00dfere Auswahl, sondern verschafft den Fluggesellschaften auch einen klareren \u00dcberblick \u00fcber die tats\u00e4chliche Nachfrage nach einzelnen Produkten.
