Die Entscheidung k\u00f6nnte die Art und Weise ver\u00e4ndern, wie Reisende in Europa touristische Dienstleistungen finden und vergleichen.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission hat gegen Google wegen zweier Verst\u00f6\u00dfe gegen das Gesetz \u00fcber [\u2026] eine Geldbu\u00dfe in H\u00f6he von insgesamt 890 Millionen Euro verh\u00e4ngt. <a href=\"https:\/\/tragento.com\/de\/kategorie\/reisetechnologie\/\" data-type=\"category\" data-id=\"82\">digitale M\u00e4rkte<\/a>, bekannt als DMA. Dies sind die ersten Geldbu\u00dfen, die Google im Rahmen dieser europ\u00e4ischen Verordnung auferlegt wurden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Gro\u00dfteil des Verfahrens betrifft unmittelbar den Online-Suchmarkt. Die Kommission ist der Ansicht, dass Google seine eigenen Dienste prominenter dargestellt hat als die konkurrierender Plattformen. Dies galt insbesondere f\u00fcr die Kategorien \u201eShopping\u201c, \u201eHotels\u201c, \u201eVerkehr\u201c und \u201eSportanlagen\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-googleovi-servisi-dobivali-su-bolju-poziciju\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die Dienste von Google erzielten bessere Platzierungen.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wegen der Bevorzugung eigener Dienste in der Google-Suche wurde eine Geldbu\u00dfe in H\u00f6he von 460 Millionen Euro verh\u00e4ngt. Nach der Begr\u00fcndung der Kommission erschienen die Ergebnisse von Google h\u00e4ufig ganz oben auf der Seite. Zudem waren sie oft mit umfangreicheren visuellen Elementen, Filtern und anderen Funktionen ausgestattet, zu denen konkurrierende Dienste nicht zu gleichen Bedingungen Zugang hatten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr die Tourismusbranche ist dies nicht nur eine regulatorische Frage. Die Sichtbarkeit in den Suchergebnissen hat einen starken Einfluss auf die Besucherzahlen bei Online-Reiseb\u00fcros, Hotelplattformen, Metasuchmaschinen und Transportanbietern. Daher k\u00f6nnten \u00c4nderungen bei der Darstellung der Ergebnisse mehr Raum f\u00fcr spezialisierte Dienste schaffen. Zudem k\u00f6nnten sie die Bedeutung von Investitionen in organische Sichtbarkeit und Markenbekanntheit erh\u00f6hen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-druga-kazna-odnosi-se-na-google-play\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die zweite Sanktion betrifft Google Play.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Weitere Bu\u00dfgelder in H\u00f6he von 430 Millionen Euro stehen im Zusammenhang mit den Regeln von Google Play. Die Kommission kam zu dem Schluss, dass Google es Entwicklerunternehmen nicht gestattet hat, Nutzer frei auf andere Kaufkan\u00e4le, einschlie\u00dflich ihrer eigenen Websites und alternativer App-Stores, weiterzuleiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Solche Einschr\u00e4nkungen sind besonders wichtig f\u00fcr Unternehmen, die digitale Dienste \u00fcber mobile Anwendungen anbieten. Im Tourismussektor k\u00f6nnen dies beispielsweise Apps f\u00fcr Buchungen, Transport, Reisemanagement oder Zusatzleistungen w\u00e4hrend eines Aufenthalts sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-google-najavljuje-osporavanje-odluke\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Google k\u00fcndigt an, gegen die Entscheidung vorzugehen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Google behauptet, dass die europ\u00e4ischen Vorschriften Funktionen beeintr\u00e4chtigen k\u00f6nnten, die den Nutzern Echtzeitpreise und Verf\u00fcgbarkeiten f\u00fcr Hotels, Fl\u00fcge und Restaurants anzeigen. Das Unternehmen warnt zudem vor m\u00f6glichen Folgen f\u00fcr die Sicherheit von K\u00e4ufen, die au\u00dferhalb von Google Play get\u00e4tigt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Google muss nun seine umstrittenen Praktiken einstellen und seine Gesch\u00e4ftst\u00e4tigkeit mit dem DMA in Einklang bringen.
