All dies ist Teil eines Investitionszyklus im Wert von mehr als 139 Millionen Euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der regionale Hotelmarkt gewinnt dank eines neuen Pakets staatlicher F\u00f6rderma\u00dfnahmen in Serbien stark an Dynamik. Das Ministerium f\u00fcr Tourismus und Jugend hat F\u00f6rdermittel in H\u00f6he von 10 Millionen Euro f\u00fcr die Umsetzung von drei Gro\u00dfprojekten bewilligt. Diese Projekte bringen dem lokalen Markt <a href=\"https:\/\/tragento.com\/de\/kategorie\/gastfreundschaft\/\" type=\"category\" id=\"570\">die renommierten Franchise-Gruppen von Accor und IHG Hotels &amp; Resorts.<\/a> Dar\u00fcber hinaus zielt diese Strategie, die im Rahmen einer \u00f6ffentlichen Ausschreibung zur Verbesserung der Hotelunterk\u00fcnfte umgesetzt wird, direkt darauf ab, die Infrastruktur f\u00fcr den Gesch\u00e4fts-, Kongress- und Familientourismus zu st\u00e4rken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Gesamtwert dieser Investitionen bel\u00e4uft sich auf 139 Millionen Euro; sie werden von lokalen Investoren in Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Hotelketten durchgef\u00fchrt. Neben der Verbesserung des Beherbergungsstandards haben die Projekte auch erhebliche makro\u00f6konomische Auswirkungen. Nach ihrer Fertigstellung werden sie voraussichtlich rund 500 neue Arbeitspl\u00e4tze schaffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-fokus-na-expo-2027-i-disperziju-turistickog-prometa\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Im Fokus: EXPO 2027 und die Verteilung des Touristenstroms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Das Hauptaugenmerk der Gesch\u00e4ftswelt liegt zweifellos auf der Hauptstadt. Dort beginnt das Unternehmen Euro KB Rent unter der Leitung von Zoran Kosti\u0107 mit der Umsetzung des Projekts \u201eSwiss\u00f4tel Belgrade\u201c. Diese Anlage wird innerhalb des EXPO-2027-Komplexes in Sur\u010din entstehen. Es wird zudem eine Schl\u00fcsselrolle bei der Unterbringung von Teilnehmern und Besuchern w\u00e4hrend dieses bedeutenden globalen Ereignisses spielen. Der Einstieg einer Premiummarke wie Swiss\u00f4tel in die EXPO-Zone verdeutlicht die Absicht Belgrads. Die Stadt strebt an, sich langfristig als regionaler Knotenpunkt f\u00fcr die MICE-Branche zu positionieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Andererseits sieht die Strategie des Landes auch die Verteilung von Luxusunterk\u00fcnften au\u00dferhalb der Hauptstadt vor. <a href=\"https:\/\/tragento.com\/de\/kategorie\/reiseziele\/\" type=\"category\" id=\"1\">Goldrute<\/a>r, eines der meistbesuchten Bergreiseziele der Region, erh\u00e4lt ein Crowne Plaza-Hotel. Die Investition wird von Zoran Mitrovi\u0107s Unternehmen Luss Leisure geleitet. Die Ansiedlung dieser Marke wird die Kapazit\u00e4ten des Berges im Bereich des Konferenztourismus weiter st\u00e4rken. Gleichzeitig erh\u00e4lt Sand\u017eak damit seine erste gro\u00dfe internationale Marke. Das von Denis Had\u017eibuli\u0107 unterst\u00fctzte Unternehmen Doha Invest wird in Novi Pazar ein Holiday Inn-Hotel errichten. Dies er\u00f6ffnet v\u00f6llig neue Perspektiven f\u00fcr die Entwicklung des Gesch\u00e4fts- und Transittourismus in diesem Teil des Landes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr die Hotellerie in der Region bedeuten diese Projekte einen versch\u00e4rften Wettbewerb.
